The reception staff were shockingly rude, leaving me frustrated and unheard during my check-in. the room I was given was completely different from the one advertised—no hot water and constant noise from the street made it impossible to get any sleep.

The rooms can use some serious TLC. cleanliness issues in the bathroom left much to be desired, with rust and odors not making for an ideal stay. The kitchen was devoid of basic utensils, which makes its presence puzzling. noise from the street can disrupt sleep, and it sometimes feels like the whole place is battling against time to keep things together. Wi-Fi connectivity was also hit or miss, making it difficult to plan your next adventure while lounging by the pool.
